A BILL

TO ENACT THE "HIGHER EDUCATION EFFICIENCY AND ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIES ACT".

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    This act may be cited as the "Higher Education Efficiency and Administrative Policies Act".

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
