AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 470 OF 2000, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE ELECTION DISTRICTS OF MEMBERS OF ROCK HILL SCHOOL DISTRICT 3 IN YORK COUNTY, SO AS TO ESTABLISH AND REAPPORTION THESE ELECTION DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
York County Rock Hill School District 3, election districts revised
SECTION 1. Section 2(A) of Act 470 of 2000, as last amended by Act 213 of 2005, is further amended to read:
"(A)(1) Notwithstanding another provision of law, beginning with the elections conducted in 2014, the election districts for the members of the Board of Trustees of Rock Hill School District No. 3 of York County are established and delineated on map number S-91-03-14 created and maintained by the Office of Research and Statistics of the State Budget and Control Board, or its successor agency.
(2) The demographic information shown on this map is as follows:
