TO EXPRESS THE SUPPORT OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA FOR ORGAN, EYE, AND TISSUE DONATION AND TO DESIGNATE THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2015, AS "ORGAN DONOR REGISTRATION DAY" IN SOUTH CAROLINA.
