VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
TO RECOGNIZE AND COMMEND CATHY DIANNE COLLUM FOR TWENTY YEARS OF OUTSTANDING AND DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE CHARLESTON COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION AND TO WISH HER MUCH HAPPINESS IN THE DAYS AHEAD.
Whereas, Cathy Collum began her employment with the Charleston County Legislative Delegation on February 27, 1995. She has proudly served the twenty-two members of the South Carolina Senate and House of Representatives for twenty years; and
Whereas, Cathy was born in Wilmington, North Carolina, and eventually moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, where most of her extended family still reside. She attended North Carolina State University and Trident Technical College in Charleston; and
Whereas, Cathy has one son, Barton Cummings, and is the proud grandmother of Bryson, Koral, and Brody Cummings; and
Whereas, Cathy is very active in her local church, Fellowship of Oakbrook Church, in Summerville, where she is involved in the women's ministry and the ladies Bible study; and
Whereas, the members of the South Carolina Senate appreciate the years of devotion that Cathy has given to the Charleston County Legislative Delegation and the members are pleased to honor her for her exceptional service. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate:
That the members of the Senate, by this resolution, recognize and commend Cathy Dianne Collum for twenty years of outstanding and dedicated service to the Charleston County Legislative Delegation and wish her much happiness in the days ahead.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Cathy Dianne Collum.
