A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, RELATING TO WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA REGULATIONS; TURKEY HUNTING RULES AND SEASONS; AND EITHER-SEX DAYS AND ANTLERLESS DEER LIMITS FOR PRIVATE LANDS IN GAME ZONES 1-6, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 4546, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    The regulations of the Department of Natural Resources, relating to Wildlife Management Area Regulations; Turkey Hunting Rules and Seasons; and Either-sex Days and Antlerless Deer Limits for Private Lands in Game Zones 1-6, designated as Regulation Document Number 4546, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

SUMMARY AS SUBMITTED

BY PROMULGATING AGENCY.

These regulations amend Chapter 123-40 Wildlife Management Area Regulations in order to set seasons, bag limits and methods of hunting and taking of wildlife on existing and additional Wildlife Management Areas.

A Notice of Drafting for this regulation was published on November 28, 2014 in the South Carolina State Register, Volume 38, Issue No. 11.
