INVITATIONS AND MEMORIAL RESOLUTIONS

To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (S. 1310) to request the Department of Transportation name the intersection located at the juncture of Green Lane and South Carolina Highway 15 in Lee County "Arthur Brown Crossroads", etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE INTERSECTION LOCATED AT THE JUNCTURE OF GREEN LANE AND SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY 15 IN LEE COUNTY "ARTHUR BROWN CROSSROADS" AND TO ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS AT THIS LOCATION THAT CONTAIN THIS DESIGNATION.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That members of the General Assembly request the Department of Transportation name the intersection located at the juncture of Green Lane and United States Highway 15 in Lee County "Arthur Brown Crossroads" and to erect appropriate markers or signs at this location that contain this designation.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation.
