Fiscal Impact Summary

This bill will have a minimal expenditure impact to the general fund. There is no expenditure impact to federal funds and other funds.

State Expenditure

This bill continues the Sentencing Reform Committee until December 21, 2020.

The House of Representatives and the Senate indicate that this bill would have a minimal impact which can be absorbed within current appropriations. There is no impact to federal funds and other funds.

A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO CONTINUE THE "SENTENCING REFORM OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE" UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2020.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1. Pursuant to Section 24-28-20(C), the "Sentencing Reform Oversight Committee" is continued until December 31, 2020.

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
