Whereas, as part of his requirements for Eagle Scout, Talbot completed an Eagle project by building four commercial-grade, eight-foot benches to provide for teachers on the Northwest Presbyterian playground; and
Whereas, Talbot Young has participated in Scouting since 2008, and at a ceremony to be held on Monday, January 25, 2016, he will be awarded the coveted rank of Eagle Scout, the rigorous requirements for which are completed by only a small percent of Boy Scouts; and
Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives are grateful for the legacy of Scouting in America and take great pride in acknowledging the accomplishments of young South Carolinians like Talbot Young who selflessly give of their time, talents, and energy to enrich their local communities. Now, therefore,
