The Senate assembled at 11:00 A.M., the hour to which it stood adjourned, and was called to order by the ACTING PRESIDENT, Senator SHEALY.

MOTION ADOPTED

On motion of Senator SHEALY, with unanimous consent, the Senate stood adjourned out of respect to the memory of Mr. Michael John Parker of Lexington, S.C. Mike adored his family, friends and Michigan football. He was an accomplished athlete and a proud member of the Michigan baseball team. Mike enjoyed cooking and lived life to the fullest. He built and started Parker's of Lexington. Mike was a loving husband, devoted father and doting grandfather who will be dearly missed.

ADJOURNMENT

At 11:03 A.M., on motion of Senator LOURIE, the Senate adjourned to meet Monday, May 4, 2015, at 1:30 P.M.
