VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
TO AMEND SECTION 8-13-100(1)(a) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF ANYTHING OF VALUE, TO ADD VOTE TRADING.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 8-13-100(1)(a) of the 1976 Code is amended by adding an appropriately numbered new subsubitem to read:
"( ) vote trading."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
