VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY REPEALING SECTION 30-4-40 RELATING TO MATTERS EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT; AND SECTION 30-4-70 RELATING TO MEETINGS OF PUBLIC BODIES THAT MAY BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Sections 30-4-40 and 30-4-70 of the 1976 Code are repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
