A JOINT RESOLUTION
TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE Department of Natural Resources, RELATING TO Wildlife Management Area REGULATIONS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 5251, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Natural Resources, relating to Wildlife Management Area Regulations, designated as Regulation Document Number 5251, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the S.C. Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is proposing to amend the existing regulations that set seasons, bag limits and methods of hunting and taking of wildlife.
