A joint Resolution

 

TO SUSPEND THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 58 OF 2023, RELATING TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VETERANS' TRUST FUND OF SOUTH CAROLINA, UNTIL JUNE 1, 2026.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

 

SECTION 1.  The provisions of Act 58 of 2023, relating to the Board of Trustees for the Veterans' Trust Fund of South Carolina, are suspended until June 1, 2026.

 

SECTION 2.  This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
