VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
A bill
to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 16-3-1430, relating to Victim assistance services, so as to update the reference to the victim services departments under the office of the attorney general.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 16-3-1430(B)(6) of the S.C. Code is amended to read:
(6) the deputy directors of the three departments and the ombudsmandepartments under the Office of the Attorney General, South Carolina Crime Victim Services Division;
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
