VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
A bill
TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY REPEALING SECTION 63-17-1020(b) RELATING TO CHILD SUPPORT ENHANCEMENT THROUGH LICENSE REVOCATION; AND BY REPEALING SECTION 56-1-171 RELATING TO SUSPENSION FOR FAILURE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 63-17-1020(b) of the S.C. Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 56-1-171 of the S.C. Code is repealed.
SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
