VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
A bill
TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY REPEALING SECTION 16-3-5 RELATING TO PERSONs CAUSING INJURy WHICH RESULT IN the DEATH of another person AT LEAST THREE YEARS LATER who must NOT BE PROSECUTED FOR HOMICIDE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 16-3-5 of the S.C. Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
