Our thought for today is from Colossians 1:17: "He has always been! It is his hand that holds everything together."
Let us pray. We praise You for Your loving kindness that restores us and keeps us safe and secure in Your love. We thank You for the care You have given us this week and may we carry this forward over the weekend. Grant You and Yours a safe and happy weekend. Remember those who keep us safe and secure, our defenders of freedom and first responders. We pray for our World, Nation, President, State, Governor Speaker, Staff, and all who contribute to this great cause. Protect our Armed Forces and those with hidden wounds. Lord, in Your mercy, hear our prayers. Amen.
After corrections to the Journal of the proceedings of yesterday, the SPEAKER ordered it confirmed.
