A bill
to amend the south carolina code of laws by repealing sections 24-13-710 and 24-13-720 both relating to the supervised furlough program.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Sections 24-13-710 and 24-13-720 of the S.C. Code are repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
