To who was referred a Bill (H.3868) to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by adding Section 53-3-270 so as to declare the second Saturday in November of each year is designated as "Women in Hunting, etc., respectfully

Report:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same, and recommend that the same do pass with amendment:

 

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 53-3-270 and inserting:

    Section 53-3-270.   The third Saturday in November of each year is designated as "Women in Hunting and Fishing Awareness Day" in South Carolina.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.

A bill

 

TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 53-3-270 SO AS TO DECLARE THE SECOND SATURDAY IN NOVEMBER OF EACH YEAR IS DESIGNATED AS "WOMEN IN HUNTING AND FISHING AWARENESS DAY".

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 3, Title 53 of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:

 

    Section 53-3-270.   The second Saturday in November of each year is designated as "Women in Hunting and Fishing Awareness Day" in South Carolina.

 

SECTION 2.  This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
