statement of estimated fiscal impact
Explanation of Fiscal Impact
State Expenditure
This bill allows applicants for handicapped parking placards to provide an approved photograph for the placard. Currently, an applicant is required to use the photograph from their on-file driver's license or identification card. DMV indicates that the department can manage any expenses related to using applicant-submitted photos with existing appropriations. Therefore, there is no expenditure impact to DMV.
