A house RESOLUTION

 

TO CONGRATULATE DANNY VITELLO UPON BEING NAMED THE 2023 CITY OF GOOSE CREEK ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR AND THE CITY EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR, TO THANK HIM FOR HIS DEDICATED SERVICE, AND TO WISH HIM CONTINUED SUCCESS IN THE FUTURE.

 

Whereas, the South Carolina House of Representatives is pleased to learn that Danny Vitello has been selected as the 2023 City of Goose Creek Administration Department Employee of the Year and the 2023 City Employee of the Year; and

 

Whereas, in August 2007, Danny started his employment with the City of Goose Creek in the Department of Public Works as a Sanitation Equipment Operator I. In March 2021, he was promoted to the Codes Department; and

 

Whereas, he is a remarkable individual and a wonderful asset to the Goose Creek community, and his dedication to helping and supporting its residents is truly commendable. It is clear that he goes above and beyond to make a positive impact in Goose Creek; and

 

Whereas, specifically, Danny's commitment to his community, his compassion for people, and his dedication to providing excellent customer service make him a valuable and respected member of the City of Goose Creek team. Moreover, Danny is known for his friendly and approachable demeanor. He takes the time to listen to residents' concerns and provides guidance or assistance whenever possible; and

 

Whereas, it is entirely appropriate to celebrate Danny Vitello, the recipient of the 2023 City of Goose Creek Administration Department Employee of the Year and the 2023 City Employe of the Year, for his actions serve as an example of the positive impact one person can have on a community. Now, therefore,

 

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

 

That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, congratulate Danny Vitello upon being named the 2023 City of Goose Creek Administration Department Employee of the Year and the 2023 City Employee of the Year, thank him for his dedicated service, and wish him continued success in the future.

 

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Danny Vitello.
