VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
A bill
TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 12-21-2420, RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS FROM THE ADMISSIONS TAX, SO AS TO EXEMPT ADMISSION TO ANY AGROTOURISM ACTIVITY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 12-21-2420 of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:
(18) on admissions to any agritourism activity as defined in Section 46-53-10.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
