A bill

 

TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY REPEALING SECTION 39-9-240 RELATING TO the METRIC EDUCATION COMMITTEE AND ITS MANDATE TO DEVELOP AND ENCOURAGE IMPLEMENTATION OF A METRIC EDUCATION PLAN.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

 

SECTION 1.  Section 39-9-240 of the S.C. Code is repealed.

 

SECTION 2.  This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
