A senate RESOLUTION

 

TO RECOGNIZE AND HONOR Ray and denise Flynn for their service to the people of south carolina through Abraham Productions, Inc. and Ray Flynn ministries.

 

Whereas, the members of the South Carolina Senate are pleased to recognize Ray and Denise Flynn for their service to the people of South Carolina through Abraham Productions, Inc. and Ray Flynn Ministries; and

 

Whereas, Ray Flynn is the president of Ray Flynn Ministries and founder, president, and chairman of the board directors for Abraham Productions, Inc. Ray Flynn Ministries, founded in 1992, and Abraham Productions, Inc., formed in 1998, provide Christian music events that encourage the body of Christ through uplifting music and soul-stirring messages and offer attendees the opportunity to hear the gospel; and

 

Whereas, Abraham Productions offers some of the largest multi-day concert events in America, like Singing In The Sun, a six-day event in Myrtle Beach that includes some of Christian music's greatest artists and world renown speakers, which Abraham Productions has been presenting for over twenty-five years. Abraham Productions also offers 40 Days of Christian Music, the world's largest Christian music festival, located at the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Kentucky. The Crystal Caribbean Cruise Christian Music Cruise and Ray Flynn Ministries produces numerous single-night concert events; and

 

Whereas, Mr. Flynn began his music ministry when he attended a Christian music concert and felt touched by the presence of God. In 1992, he promoted his first Christian music concert at Reynolds Auditorium in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He has since been blessed to see God provide many more opportunities to minister to the masses and see growth to his concert events, which have exploded in attendance; and

 

Whereas, Mr. Flynn is married to his wife Denise, and they are devout Christians who humbly live their lives in service to others. They do not see their company as their own possession, but as God's ministry; and

 

Whereas, the members of the South Carolina Senate greatly appreciate the dedication and commitment that Ray and Denise Flynn have shown in serving the people and the State of South Carolina.  Now, therefore,

 

Be it resolved by the Senate:

 

That the members of the South Carolina Senate, by this resolution, recognize and honor Ray and Denise Flynn for their service to the people of South Carolina through Abraham Productions, Inc. and Ray Flynn Ministries.

 

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Ray and Denise Flynn.
