    A Concurrent Resolution to name the interchange at the Southeastern Beltway and Fort Jackson Boulevard in Richland County the "Hyman Rubin Interchange" and to direct the Department of Highways and Public Transportation to erect appropriate signs at both ends of the interchange on which the name is clearly indicated.
