Summary: Person convicted of a 3rd or more felony must serve an additional sentence of 10 to 30 years
    A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 25, TITLE 17 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO CRIMINAL PROCEDURES CONVICTIONS AND SENTENCING, BY ADDING SECTION 17-25-147 TO REQUIRE THAT A PERSON CONVICTED OF A FELONY WHO HAS TWO OR MORE PRIOR FELONY CONVICTIONS MUST SERVE AN ADDITIONAL SENTENCE OF TEN YEARS BUT NOT MORE THAN THIRTY YEARS IN PRISON.
