S 1013 General Bill, By Senate Judiciary
    A Bill to amend Section 7-13-40, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to entries of persons offering for nomination in party primaries, so as to provide that when an opening or closing date for entries falls on Saturday or Sunday it must be extended to the following Monday.
