    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to property tax exemptions, so as to extend the exemption for certain nonprofit housing corporations to property of such corporations devoted exclusively to providing rental or cooperative housing and related facilities for elderly or handicapped persons or families of low or moderate income in accordance with federal housing law.
