    A Bill to amend Section 2-1-60, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the apportionment of the membership of the Senate into specified senatorial districts, so as to alter and reapportion the districts effective for the 1984 elections, to amend Act 257 of 1983, relating to the apportionment of the membership of the Senate into specified senatorial districts, so as to provide for an election schedule in order to insure that members of the State Senate will be elected in the general election on November 6, 1984, to authorize the State Election Commission to print separate ballots for the state senatorial election, and to do all other acts necessary to accomplish the intent of this Act.
