S 1119 General Bill, By Passailaigue
    A Bill to amend Section 16-15-110 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the penalties for prostitution, so as to provide for the forfeiture of a vehicle used directly in the violation of the provisions of Sections 16-15-90 or 16-15-100 which pertain to prostitution and the unlawful acts associated therewith.
