    A Senate Resolution to amend Rule 1, Rules of the Senate, relating to the time of the daily meeting, so as to provide that during the month of January, the Senate shall meet and immediately recess until the second Tuesday of February and during that time of recess only meet in committees and subcommittees and provide an exception.
