    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 9, Chapter 111, Title 59, so as to create the Environmental Scholars Endowment Fund for the purpose of establishing environmental scholars endowments at qualifying institutions to award scholarships or fellowships to students pursuing degrees in environmental studies or environmental sciences; to provide for the financing of the Fund and requirements for the establishment of endowments by the qualifying institutions.
