A Bill to amend Section 2-1-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the apportionment of members of the Senate into specified Senatorial Districts, so as to alter and reapportion such districts effective with the 1984 elections, to repeal Section 2-1-70, relating to residence requirements for Senators in multi-county districts and to repeal Sections 7-21-30 and 7-21-40, relating to certain obsolete provisions pertaining to Senatorial District Seats.
