    A Bill to amend Section 7-7-490, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to voting precincts in Spartanburg County, so as to change the names of Boiling Springs Station C Precinct to Bowen Precinct, Whitestone Croft Station A Precinct to Croft Precinct, and Whitestone Croft Station B Precinct to White Stone Precinct; to correct the description of Cannon's Campground and Drayton Precincts; and to change the voting place for Clifton Precinct from St. Andrews Methodist Church to Clifton Second Baptist Church.
