    A Bill to amend Section 44-53-580, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the disposition of fines and forfeitures collected by courts from violation of certain controlled substance related offenses, so as to provide that all monies furnished by a county or municipality to its law enforcement officers to purchase such substances in a criminal investigation be returned by the court to such entity.
