    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 38-71-732 SO AS TO PROHIBIT HEALTH INSURANCE ISSUERS FROM DENYING COVERAGE FOR PREEXISTING BREAST CONDITIONS OR FOR INSUREDS WHO HAVE BEEN FREE OF BREAST CANCER FOR AT LEAST FIVE YEARS.
