    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Sections 38-71-270 and 38-71-275 so as to prohibit insurers transacting medicare supplement insurance from denying or conditioning the issuance or effectiveness of any medicare supplement insurance policy or certificate of coverage for certain stated reasons and to provide for related matters.
