    A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Section 3 of Article XVII of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to the grounds for divorce, so as to provide that separation, for purposes of when a husband and wife have lived separate and apart without cohabitation for a period of one year, may be voluntary or involuntary.
