    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 9, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ADMINISTRATION OF STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEMS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PURCHASE OF PERMISSIVE SERVICE CREDIT WITH FUNDS UNLAWFULLY OBTAINED FROM PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SHALL CAUSE THOSE FUNDS TO BE FORFEITED AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE PROCEDURES FOR COLLECTION OF THOSE FUNDS.
