    A Bill to amend Section 7-5-180, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the procedure for registration of electors by any person who has not attained the age of eighteen before the closing of the books of registration before any election, so as to extend from sixty to one hundred twenty days the time within which a person may register to vote.
