    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 4-19-25 so as to validate the prior establishment of certain fire protection districts; and to amend Section 4-19-20, relating to the action required of a county governing body before the imposition of ad valorem taxes to fund the services provided by a fire protection district, so as to revise the procedure for the establishment of a fire protection district and limit challenges to the establishment of a district.
