S 1422 General Bill, By T.H. Pope
    A Bill to amend Section 56-1-280, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the mandatory suspension or revocation of a driver's license, so as to provide that in cases of a discrepancy between the provisions of this Section which require revocation of a driver's license for certain offenses and other provisions of law relating to these offenses which require suspension or cancellation of the driver's license, the other provisions of law requiring suspension shall control and to provide that when a single accident results in two or more convictions requiring multiple periods of suspension, these periods of suspension shall run concurrently and not consecutively.
