    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-15-379 so as to prohibit the viewing or possessing of any material or performance that shows a minor engaged in sexual activity, sexually explicit nudity, or other conduct harmful to minors, to provide a definition, and to provide a penalty.
