    A SENATE RESOLUTION TO AMEND RULE 35A, RULES OF THE SENATE, RELATING TO THE ADMISSION TO THE FLOOR OF THE SENATE, TO PROVIDE THAT A SENATOR'S IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS SHALL BE ALLOWED ADMISSION TO THE SENATE FLOOR INSIDE THE RAIL.
