    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-10, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS IN CONNECTION WITH A MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER'S LICENSE, SO AS TO INCLUDE DEFINITIONS FOR "ALCOHOL" AND "ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION"; TO AMEND ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 1, TITLE 56, RELATING TO GENERAL PROVISIONS IN CONNECTION WITH A MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER'S LICENSE, BY ADDING SECTION 56-1-286 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE SUSPENSION OF THE DRIVER'S LICENSE OR OTHER DRIVING PERMIT OF A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE YEARS WHO IS OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE AND WHO HAS AN ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION OF TWO ONE-HUNDREDTHS OF ONE PERCENT OR MORE, TO PROVIDE THAT A LICENSED DRIVER UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE CONSENTS TO TESTS FOR THE PRESENCE OF ALCOHOL IN THE INSTANCE OF A TRAFFIC VIOLATION ARREST, TO PRESCRIBE THE METHOD AND PROCEDURE FOR TESTING, TO REQUIRE AN AUTOMATIC SIX-MONTHS' SUSPENSION FOR REFUSAL TO BE TESTED.-AMENDED SHORT TITLE
