    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 6-1-2020 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY IN EACH COUNTY WITHIN THIS STATE, TO AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MUNICIPAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY AND TO ESTABLISH A COMMITTEE TO REVIEW CHANGES IN COUNTY OR MUNICIPAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANS.
