    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-149-50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, SO AS TO ALLOW STUDENTS COMPLETING THREE OF THE FINAL FOUR YEARS OF HIGH SCHOOL IN SOUTH CAROLINA TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE LIFE SCHOLARSHIP IF ALL OTHER QUALIFICATIONS ARE MET AND TO AMEND SECTION 12-6-3385 SO AS TO ALLOW STUDENTS A REFUNDABLE TAX CREDIT IF THEY COMPLETE THREE OF THE FINAL FOUR YEARS OF HIGH SCHOOL IN SOUTH CAROLINA IF ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
