    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to general exemptions from ad valorem taxation, so as to exempt antique motor vehicles and motorcycles; to amend Section 12-3-145, as amended, relating to the procedure for obtaining ad valorem property tax exemptions, so as to provide that persons requesting tax exempt status for their antique motor vehicle or motorcycle must only file an initial application therefor and thereafter are not required to file an additional application except under certain conditions and to provide that this exemption is effective for tax years beginning with 1985 and to extend the deadline for filing applications for tax exempt status for the tax year 1985 only.
