    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 41 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT GENERALLY, BY ADDING SECTION 41-1-25, TO PROVIDE THAT A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THIS STATE MAY NOT ESTABLISH, MANDATE, OR OTHERWISE REQUIRE AN EMPLOYEE BENEFIT; AND TO DEFINE NECESSARY TERMS.
