Summary: Wetlands Restoration Act
    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING ARTICLE 5 TO CHAPTER 11 TITLE 49 SO AS TO ENACT THE "WETLANDS RESTORATION ACT" WHICH PROVIDES THAT CERTAIN IMPOUNDMENTS THAT ORIGINALLY IMPOUNDED A PARCEL OF TIDELAND OR MARSHLAND BUT NO LONGER COMPLETELY IMPOUNDS THAT PARCEL MAY BE REPAIRED OR RESTORED.
